Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 27 March 2026

Our Commitment

OPTIMUSK.BLOG is committed to making our website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to conform to Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Current Accessibility Features

Steps we have taken to improve accessibility:

• All images include descriptive alt text
• Heading structure follows a logical hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3)
• Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA standards
• All interactive elements are keyboard-navigable
• Navigation landmarks (header, main, footer) are marked up with semantic HTML
• Font sizes are specified in relative units, supporting browser zoom
• Links include descriptive text (we avoid "click here")
• Forms include labelled input fields

Known Limitations

We are actively working to improve accessibility across all pages. Some legacy content, embedded third-party widgets, or PDF documents may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are working to address these issues progressively.

Assistive Technology

Our site is designed to work with modern screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. We recommend using an up-to-date browser with the latest version of your preferred assistive technology. If you encounter issues, please contact us.
